According to news on gospotainment, Information reaching our news desk has it that the kidnappers of gospel music minister Joel Benson a member of the gospel music group 6team has reduced their ransom demand to 10 million Naira. This information was made known to us by 6Team manager Mr. Bolaji Mogaji. According to him;
It’s a start, but not our desired destination. The kidnappers of Minister Joel Benson have reduced their ransom amount from 50M, now to 10M naira. The panic to keep our brother alive is a real and present danger.
About 1M naira has been raised so far by the family. We need to all contribute what we can towards this rescue. The family has nominated that the contributions be made to Mr Edmond Benson, Joel’s younger brother, and not the wife (only because the wife’s phone was also taken and will reflect the alerts or payments made there directly which the kidnappers will see).
