Mrs Joy Ajanaku, according to City People, despite the fact
that she and her late hubby, Prophet Ajanaku have been together for almost 10
years, legally wedded barley 3 years ago.
The very beautiful fair-skinned lady, who is said to be in
her 30s, has 2 kids for the late Prophet – Stella & Apoti-Eri.
Now with her husband gone, the lady who didn’t play much of
a key role in the activities and didn’t get any key position in the hierarchy
structure of the church has reportedly taken over the helm of affair of her
husband’s church.
Mrs. Joy Ajanaku, who most members of the church refer to as
“Mummy” took charge of the first Sunday service held at the late Prophet’s
Church in Ipaja, 2 days after his death was confirmed by the church.
The late Prophet who was reportedly born a Muslim was said
to have been named Bashiru Oyediran when he was born in Gbongan, Osun State. It
was said that a popular Masquerade in his hometown is called “Ajanaku”, a name
the Prophet later adopted when he got to Lagos.
The big story behind is Grass to Grace Story is the report
that he started out as a welder.
City people reports that those who know one or two things
about him say when he arrived Lagos, things were so difficult for Ajanaku that
he had to resort to welder job to make ends meet.
However, in a flash, he metamorphosed from the lowest rung
of the social ladder into an instant celebrity prophet, leading thousands of
worshipers in Christ Revival Victory Chapel
